man himself.  But it sounded good.  And you wouldn't get that kind of indecipherable good music again until R.E.M. released their first album "Murmur".

Great post! We'll miss him! I liked his music, but had a hard time making out the lyrics. I always thought it was just me, and now I find out that others had the same problem...

I'd forgotten that one, Pat B. What I find amazing is that, during a time
when most lyrics were nearly crystal clear, he also became famous for his unintelligibility.  That was long before metal and synthetic voices...
