This cat (we call "Sam") is very sweet, affectionate and gentle. She's a very pretty thinng with a long, fluffy tail. We just don't want or need 2 cats.

Our other cat is having a hard time adjusting too...she's very jealous of Sam.

Now where are those Christmas photos??? I didn't take any because we only have a small tree with no presents and nobody came over so there was really nothing to take a pic of - So I was hoping to live a happy Christmas vicariously thru some of you who DID have a big family/fun celebration.

Hope I made myself clear...but prolly not...LOL!

The reason i'm doing better is because I'M NOT READING ALL THOSE WRITERS WHO CONSTANTLY KEEP THE BULLSHIT STIRRED UP.

Eventually, though, what if I see a headline and can't resist clicking on it and then get involved in another one of their outlandish blog wars. Me and a couple of the others have been trying to make fun of the trouble makers with our "Blog War Alerts".

That was entertaining for a while...

Bhaskar...I've tried taking breaks and it hasn't worked.

You guys are really pulling at my heart strings though...I love a few of you like family. I haven't closed my mind to the idea, I will say that.

But it I did stay, at least 3 people would write nasty blogs declaring to everyone that I only SAY I'm quitting to get clicks.

 It makes me sad to think there are people around here who are THAT damned petty and juvenile, but you and I both know there are. *sigh* So it seems like I need to just go ahead and move on.

I'm dreading sorting thru all my blogs though...that's going to suck. I'm sure I'll cry alot. 3 years of my life here...lots of bloggers whose name I've forgotten. Some good times and some bad times.

About the cat- two things- what kind of kitty litter are you using?  If you use a non-clay unscented kind, that is best.  One good one is actually made from corn and it is called, 'The World's Best Kitty Litter" and it is!  The clay kind can form little stones in a cat's tummy when they lick their paws and that is not good.   The other thing is, cat piss is not a good smelling thing but if it smells substantially worse than normal cat piss, take her to a vet and have her checked out.  It could be an infection.

Jane...I hadn't really thought of urinary tract problems.

We sure don't have the money to take her to the vet though. I'll bet he would be able to help us and her out with this awful problem. The litter box is still out on the patio but it just started raining so I've got to bring it back in --YUK!!!!!!!!!!

Some of you guys truly are like family to me. It's very painful to leave here. You and Mysteria are making me cry.

I do wish I were there to spend christmas at your house. I'm very good in the kitchen and I could help chop and fix things. I'll bet your home smells delightful.

Please do get some photos for us all. In fact I think we should all get holiday / family/ christmas photos to post here. I'll post a pic of my little tree and my new cat later.

Me and Richard are heading out to Rockwall to see Sarah and her new hubby in a little while. They have a pool table in their den --yippee!

I used to put some liquid chlorophyll in the dog's and cat's drinking water.  It was a product for sale at KMart.  It made their waste, fur, breath, everything smell better.  Streamload might have some online storage.  I had an account there but didn't use it much.

Passion, could you burn a few CDs??? I would think 1 CD could hold

Regarding Sam, would she benefit from some fresh grass, catnip or whatever it is that cats like to nibble on? Isn't that supposed to improve the scent? I wonder if she has a bladder infection.  My knowledge of cats is pretty nil, but aren't they prone to urinary tract problems?

Passion, my daughter has a Siamese cat and his urine is god awful too.  Maybe is a Siamese trait and you're not going to do much about it.  Tell her to drink a lot of water.  hahaha  Has she been spayed?   Just maybe that's why somebody dumped her, do you think?

So, what are you doing this Christmas Eve day?  I've got five pies baked and all my noodles made for tomorrow.  I really can't do much more today.  The Waldorf Salad my husband wants has to wait till tomorrow.  I've got a 20lb ham to bake and a lot of potatoes to peel.  My kids love mashed potatoes with the noodles over them.  I made four batches of noodles and will probably still run out.  My son is bringing his girls over in a bit and I'm looking forward to that.  I'll have all my kids and grandkids here tomorrow.  Maybe I can send you a picture.  Would you like that?  For sure I'm going to get my picture taken with my five little ones.  I may never get another chance.  God only knows. 

I could sit here and talk to you all day, but I really can't tell you how to dilute your cat's urine.  What good am I?  hahaha  I've still got a great big ole' void in my heart thinking about your leaving, that may never go away.  Merry Christmas, Sweetheart.  God bless you and Richard, too.
