Can you clear something up for me

I'm not sure what this is supposed to be.  You have it listed as an herb, but then you give a recipe that includes lots of herbs.  Can you clarify what you are saying here?   Is it supposed to be a mixture used in French cooking?  That's the closest thing I could come up with.  You didn't say how this would be used.
