I'm talking about...
...the fact that the Democrats tried to inspire fear in 2004 and 2006 voters by warning them that, should they re-elect Republicans, that those Republicans would reinstate the draft to provide troops for the Iraqi War. Now that the recent mid-term election has given the Democrats control of the House and Senate, those same Democrats (led by Charles Rangel) are suggesting we reinstate the draft... one of the biggest mistakes I think we could make. I'll post a new 'toon sometime in February demonstrating why...

Well, if you're talking about a donkey, a bush and a draft, then you've got a climate control issue on your hands, which, naturally, is subject to frequent change.
