based on what she said to me, I wouldn't be surprised if the police do

It was sad to watch someone come unglued like that.
Especially when the person has a gift for good writing.
But that's no excuse for the behavior. Removal is appropriate. I hate to see it, but there's no other alternative.

Nope. "This account is closed" means.....uh, this account is closed.
A 'time-out' can happen, but all that happens is you can't post anything for a few days. Ask me how I know....
Blogit has stated, several places, that it takes a few days to remove posts on accounts that are terminated by Blogit.

Hope and sympathy for the banished...
...when someone gets that far from their usual personality the brunt of the anger/confusion that turned inward tends to get expressed irrationally and inappropriately. Here is hoping that she finds a positive source of love to help her get to a place of safety and security.
