Congrats, Pat B

Anything over 50,000 words in 30 days is pretty phenomenal. I had the advantage over many participants of having a rough outline worked out in my mind beforehand. That and a little practice here enabled me to get the job done.

Are you planning to continue working on what you did for NaNo? I’d like to think I’m not the only one around here slaving on a second draft.

Many thanks. Now it’s your turn. Your fiction posts a couple of years ago really impressed me. I felt I was present at the birth of a novelist.

Congratulations to both of you. That's awesome!

Woo! Hoo! 64K...

Hasn't been so very long ago a home computer couldn't have held that much info. Well, maybe it has been that long ago. 20 years, give or take.  I did the NaNo thing, too, but only got to 51,800 and I'm not sure it was cogent.  However, it did teach me I need to get the bones of the next one ready for next Nov.

The real work is ahead of you -- editing & polishing. Bona Fortuna... :)
