My date was fine. We went to a local steak house. He is a nice guy, a "buddy" kind of date. I like that...but it was an early night. I was tired and don't like driving too far when the deer are running...Hope you feel better...You could come up and watch the game here with a couple of my g/friends...

He he...tonight I have another rather eloquent dinner date. He's a nice man and I have known him for over a year. He just travels all the darn time...lol ..

We made out like crazy in that movie theater...it was soooooo fun! It's already almost 1 pm here and he still hasn't called me. My phone has rang 10 times already too.

I've jumped every single time it rings too. Dont' you really, really hate that feeling....As soon as it rings, you jump for the phone, pick it up whispering, "Please be Scott, Please be Scott."

But then it's some freaking bill collector or Sarah or a friend in Detroit. Why do we do this to ourselves????

Well, dont be discouraged...go out on your date and have fun and I hope you get to make out in the back seat of his Lexus or an elevator... You only go 'round once, grab for the gusto, girl!

LOL LadyChar...all the time I was rushing around

Getting dressed, I was saying, "Oh God! Why do we put ourselves thru this shit?"

It rarely works out. Normally, the guy has an ego the size of detroit or he's some type of asshole....or he's married...or a thousand other things.

When you DO find one that seems nice and you're compatible with him, then you worry constantly that he didn't like you and won't call again. THEN if he doesn't call, you've got weeks of doubting yourself and wondering WHY.

But what's the alternative?

Casino Royale was a classic Bond movie. There were car chases, large explosions, gorgeous babes, people getting murdered in bizarre fashion....

Amazing yatchs and houses on the Riviera...it was worth watching.

I haven't seen Casino Royale yet.  We've been up to no good: Offbeats and I had a falling out over a man, so I let her have it.  TAPS and I had words, but I think are making up over cookie recipes (pot brownies).  You have to come back and save us.
