Yup, Passion, we did that when I was a kid and I used to make it for my children.  I don't know what I did with our ice cream maker, must have died.  I haven't seen it in years.  You're making me hungry for some.  lol

I'm sure they do, Blanche...we should ask Ariel...
He's very British, though he lives in Spain. Also, over 40.

What makes me feel better is to see a little kid, laughing.
My son sent me a video clip of a little kid in a high chair, giggling and laughing at someone just off camera. By the end of the 1-minute video I was laughing out loud.  :)

So I'm told, Passionflower, although it's not exactly cucumber sandwiches
and silver tea service anymore.  I think it's more of a figure of speech, not Jane Austen anymore.

Blanche...That's very true...
In  fact, tea time is a huge event in the lives of the British.

I think the English were making tea during the WWII bombings, Passionflower
in the tunnels of London.  The hot liquid warms your heart, add a splash of brandy it is really good for what ails you!  I drink tea in the afternoons, after I've switched off caffeine, or at least to a lighter dose. Earl Grey is my favorite.
