I'd heard he'd had a difficult time at Detroit, R.I., but I didn't think it
had devolved to this level. I dislike anything like this. It's crass and unsportsmanlike, not to mention petty. Give the fans a little credit, though. They were directly their disappointment in a better direction...

Saul, he was the only offensive player introduced by the P.A. announcer,
numerous shots of Joey playing the piano and singing "PianoMan" were put up on the video boards (I guess this wouldn't have been the P.A. man's doing), and there were copious shots of Harrington during the game, way more than necessary, and including some of his games as Detroit's QB...all this just to encourage the fans to boo him???
well, that changed as the game went on, and before long it was "Fire Millen" that the fans were chanting...
I give Joey a lot of credit for being a standup guy while with Detroit, and including yesterday's game

I saw how he treated them, R. I. He did well against his old team. And he
spoke well about them in the interview afterward. But I missed it -- what happened?

maybe I should adopt the Cowboys as my team..the Lions are going
no where fast again this year, and the way they treated Joey Harrington on Thurs. was despicable (including the P.A. announcer who should be fired, i.m.o.)
