Whimsystoryteller, I've wondered that myself. I don't use conflict as a
selling point myself, although I've seen it done many times on here, and deplored that it worked every time, nearly. It's the last device of poor writers, in my humble opinion, but it's a popularity that is transient.
Myself, I like a quiet life, but I have an innate set of moral convictions, that as Xeno-x wrote today, I cannot let what I consider msinnformation and faulty logic to go unchallenged when it is passed off as common wisdom. I guess one thing I can say as a Christian is that I have a love of the Word of Truth and righteousness. I think that is a gift from God and the spirit.
