That sounds nice Maggie...Me and you will go.

We dont' need no stinkin' kids and hubby- I've heard that you guys up north are supposed to have a really bad winter but havent heard WHY.

El Nino?????????

To be honest with you, Passion, it's supposed to be the coldest winter we've had in years.  We have had some mild winters of late and not too bad to bear.  I can't say I'm looking forward to it.  My girl friend in Illinois has a condo  just 12 miles from Disney World.  Maybe I'll call her up and see when she's not going to be there.  Cold weather and me just don't jell, if you know what I mean.  She's told me that anytime she's not there, I'm welcome to use it.  The problem is getting my hubby to leave home and the grandchildren for very long.

Wiley...don't worry about cleaning up-
I've seen your place and it's always immaculate...much cleaner than mine.

Please don't feel bad Maggie...I'm really happy that you had such a

Wonderful day and delicious dinner. We had alot of housework and chores to do so we just ate leftovers and frozen stuff. Maybe we'll get some turkey at Christmas.

I'm gonna make you feel really sorry for me at Christmas, cuz we won't have a tree or presents or anything...boo-hoo!

Maybe you could start a cooking show on you tube and it would catch on.

Passion, let me be nosy - why didn't you cook for you & Richard?  Did he go somewhere else for Thanksgiving?   I'm sorry you had such a bum dinner.  Makes me feel like a jerk for bragging about mine.  I guess the reason I bragged was because it was the first time in years I've been strong enough to do it and I felt it was my turn to treat the whole family.  I'm sorry, Sweetie.

I put out a 20lb turkey today w/dressing, noodles, gravy.  We had a 10lb ham, sweet potato pudding, ambrosia fruit salad, cranberry sauce, baked corn, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, baked rolls (raised from scratch), and iced tea.  I had 12 people to eat it and we all had a great time.  Oh yeah, can't forget the pumpkin pie w/cool whip, and minced meat pie.  I won't have to eat till next week (but that's not far away, is it?)

Hey, at least you had someplace to go and food to eat...

I stayed here in the little cramped apartment and ate leftovers from Applebee's restuarant.

We vacuumed and did laundry and I cleaned the bathroom --Richard has screamed at me al day. I'm just about in tears. He's tired of me being here but I don't have anyplace to go, so I've stayed in the bedroom and out of his sight as much as possible.

Sorry...I'm feeling sorry for myself. I hope you get some rest tonight.

Well I didn't have my sisters for Thanksgiving but you can have them if your missin yours..take your pick I have quite a selection. One next to oldest sister makes delicious  noodles and my wild sister can cook literally anything...and she does. I wish I had a Mother to cook though cause I am getting pretty tired especially today..it started early and I just got home a while ago to watch the second half of my Cowboys..I figured if I fall asleep here I won't have to worry about cooking something else...lol..Hope you and Richard had a great day...Oh and both our turkeys were butterballs...

Would you like to be my personal chef, Passion?  I've got a lovely suite upstairs and a lift to get you up there.  I'm not much for lunch, a late breakfast and then a nice dinner.  I'm not hungry at the the moment though.  hahaha UGH!
