Why do you avoid answering genuine questions?

Instead of shifting first to a totally different subject and then reverting to the personal level?

I challenge an off the wall statement you make....you respond with personal comments......and I'm the one that gets called a bully?   Go figure?

Ever find the info on the "fact" you claim to have about most illegals in LA are from countries other that Mexico???

Also my previous point is also about your assertion that Walmart was:

"shipping them up to take American jobs"

Are they coming in by UPS or FEDEX???

A non-answer, Corbin, what would it take to prove my point? Sam Walton,
rising from the dead and confessing "yes, I hired wetback labor" ala Ebenezer Scrooge, aint' happening.   If the $11 million settlement is good enough to prove to a Federal court Walmart's guilt regarding hiring illegal aliens (and they do not buy for a second that lame, weak argument that independent contractors are "independent" of the hand that feeds them, they're a shill), then it's good enough for me.  I would ask you to can the attitude, but you really cannot shut up can you?

I did answer, Corbin, "let those whose ears not stuffed with wax hear".

And yet, another non-answer.......
and it only takes 30 seconds to google......ROFLMAO!

Corbin, they don't skate off the hook by using the "independent contractor"

as a shill for their dirty work. Check what the IRS does to corporations like Microsoft who attempt to use that defense and see that dog won't hunt.

Do your own research, I'm busy having fun. Oh, and let's bring those troops home as soon as possible, why don't we?

Blanche....

Read what you said.......you stated that they were shipping the illegals up here.....the illegals were hired by  "independant contractors"   Wal-mart was big enough to assume the overall responsibility because they had not monitored the actions of these  contractors closely enough........the illegals did not...pay attention Blanche, key point here....did not work as "Wal-Mart" employees.

You just hear stuff in the news anf twist it around to sound like something you believe.......and what Bill O'Reilly has to do with this discussion is beyond me.......is it that hard to stay on topic.......

OK....Now let's hear the next wild tangent........

BTW....ever find the info on the "fact" you claim to have about  most illegals in LA are from countries other that Mexico???

Oh, and before you try to say that the settlement doesn't prove guilt

Let me ask you, would you fork out that kind of dough if you WEREN'T guilty. Just like Bill "let me felafel you, baby" O'Reilly tacitly admitted guilt by forking out $15 million to his former production assistant with the proviso that she hand over the incriminating tapes, so to does Walmart indict itself.

Follow the money, Corbin, the money doesn't lie.

Corbin, I think paying an $11 million settlement is definitive proof. Good?
Wal-Mart pays $11M over illegal labor
No criminal sanctions, but retailer will pay $11M in case tied to cleaning contractors' hirings.
March 18, 2005: 2:35 PM EST

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Wal-Mart will escape criminal sanctions and pay $11 million to settle claims stemming from a federal investigation of illegal workers hired by the company's cleaning contractors, the company said Friday.

ROFLMAO (insert derisive laughter here), Corbin "LIttle ditty", you are
droll!

Oh, Corbin, if you want me to do research, just ask. I'll be happy to back

everything up, document it in triplicate.  After all, what is the Internet good for, this brave new world of technology except to find sources of information to back up "wild assertions" like, oh, say, Walmart hires illegal aliens.

Now, that will be so easy to prove it will barely take 30 seconds.  Wikipedia, New York Times, what other credible sources will  you consider as "proof"?

Since you never provided back up on your other wild claim.....

if only Walmart would stop hiring illegal aliens and shipping them up to take American jobs

Perhaps you'd care to show us where you have backup (that is factual, not opinion)on this little ditty?

Now, if only Walmart would stop hiring illegal aliens and shipping them up

to take American jobs, we'd have a really good Christmas, Whimsystoryteller.  The biggest retailer in the world, a multi-billion dolllar family-owned organization and they can't even give their workers an unpaid 1/2 hour lunch break.

If the worst thing that Walmart does is is to contribute to "unacceptable" organizations, that would be one thing.  By the way, before you get started on the next seasonal topic, why Walmart wishes its customers "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas", that was purely their own decision, based on the greed they are so famous for.  They don't want to lose business, not because "liberals" made them stop.
