Oh, and I forgot Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry in 'Magnum Force' (I think),
saying, "A man's got to know his limitations."

I love the classic lines, those overused, now cliche lines, like

"Make him an offer he can't refuse." by Marlon Brando in 'The Godfather'.  Or "What we have here is a failure to communicate." by Strother Martin in "Cool Hand Luke".  But Jack Nicholson probably has the most memorable lines of any one actor (excepting maybe Bogey).  "Sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here." from 'As Good As It Gets', which is loaded with great lines.

My favorite line from a book: "Fuck 'em all but six and save them for pallbearers."  James Jones, From Here To Eternity.

Oh and the one from "Shark's Tale" the cartoon movie.

"Deep down, I am very shallow", this is probably my fav line, and this is one of my fav movies too.

and the "Whale wash" scenes are priceless, it is such a witty movie.

"play it again Sam" from Casablanca movie...
A NZ favorite is "we are not in Guatemala Doctor Ropata", a local T.V. soap. or "Beam me up Scottie".I wish I could remember some good lines, but there are so many of them, and I am not good with quoting things by heart. Even trashy soaps can come up with some good lines. One on "Friends" that play here, was this rude joke, about the "banana hammock", when they actually explained what it was...I will pass on the explanation though, I do not wish to offend prudish ears.

It would be almost impossible for me to select a favorite movie line ...

There are just too many to choose from.

Meanwhile, the new Bond is kinda, sorta ugly. Ralph Fiennes would have been better.

"Church girl."
