Great post Twainman! At Mass today Father spoke of
the privilege of St. Albert to live to see the impact of his student upon the Church. And the work of Thomas impact the Church for 6 centuries. It is interesting to realize that the Theology of Thomas was the theology of Pope John Paul II and is the Theology of Pope Benedict. I had a priest laugh at me a number of years ago when I was asked but theology I follow and I said "Thomas Aquinas". I still refer to the Summa often in my writing and in my teaching RCIA. Great post about your two Albert's! Blessings!
