If there was nothing before something
A canvas black and empty, that spanned the first eternity before the first created brush stroke of creation, creating that first creation of something. . . . Then the first artist the Great Creator must of dwelled lonely within the great expanse of the nothing or is the word we call Nothing.. . .That what is all around us. . . . That what we don't see within what we call an empty bucket. . . . What we breath. . . If I know the God I worship! He has an sense of humour and is smiling every time one of us utters. '' There is Nothing there.' . . . . Faith being a name in my humble opinion for belief in the unseen. . . . The Great Creator, The Smiling Nothing. . . . . He whom created the first brush stroke upon the first black canvas of eternity. Michael. . ps I hope I make some form of sense. . . He whom dwelled lonely within the Nothing or is the Nothing, is there !!!

A very good question, YPunday. If we are not moving towards God, we are moving away from him. The next step always begins with what we say for our words come from our heart. If the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart are acceptable to God, my actions will always be right.

YPunday, Bhaskar has the the right idea of faith
growth I think. "Doubt away our doubts" then faith has room to grow! Blessings!

Thanks Bhaskar.ing--yes, my question was not an imposition, nor rhetorical.
Thanks for sharing --because I need all the inspiration I can get on the path of spirituality.Although St. Augustine said soemthing like, IT IS MY VERY DOUBTS THAT STRENGTHEN MY FAITH. SHALOM b.ING

YPunday
I enjoyed your write immensely. Faith is a faculty higher than reason, very true. The next step that I have taken is to doubt away my very doubts, so as to widen my sphere of faith.
