I actually agree with you. I liked things better as they used to be when you could almost always argue about who the best team was. Ditto the rush to rank teams before they've even had a chance to play a game. I was actually talking to those who seem to think we have to have an undisputed champion. It's not likely to occur without some sort of playoff system.

I'm not for or against a playoff. Don't mind a little controversy. It's what makes college football unique. Every game matters. I am for waiting a month before ranking teams. No one knew about Rutgers before the season started. That's why they are ranked where they are. The season is not over. Rutgers still has West Virginia on the slate and a bowl game. Let's let this thing play out.
