Azur--- I agree with one part of your statement, but not the other, as I'm

certain you knew. "At that point in time" also is used by thousands of newspapers, when "then" would work just as well. Good writing is a dying art, and I'm afraid that I'm one of the pall bearers.

across the world so it must be right

But, when I was in the My Little Pony collector's club, we used to hold meetings all the time?

I can specifically recall one that had to be held in my room, because my idiot brothers kept bothering us in the kitchen.
