My favorite book of all time is A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (see the title of my blog).
Right now I'm reading a work of historical fiction called London, by Edward Rutherfurd... it covers the history of a number of fictional families through 2000 years of London's history. Quite fascinating.

Good luck with the story. Good quote to end there. So true.
At the moment, I'm reading 'Divine Madness' by Robert Muchamore, one of 25 kids' books I'm reading for workshops that I'm delivering.

I read blogit... a bit of a worry don't you think?
I read any good book, by that I mean well written or Christian books. I have been collected poetry books, an eclectic mix of traditional and more modern, NZ poets, and lately I have been on the net and absorbing rhythm and words from the masters such Blake, Yeats, Keats Dickinson and the like...Milton Longfellow, Robbie Burns, the list goes on...I soak my brain in it, to counteract the blogit effect, althouh blogit is also a source of inspiration or desperation which ever way you choose to look at it. Well, i have a magazine in every single room in the house. I also love gossip trashy magazine to keep up with the trendy glam world of Trashville. The reader's Digest is good too and you always win stuff, you know. I love to read any print, especially the back of cereal packets, this is real food for thought. I read and read and look forward to more of your thoughts.

Welcome aboard on to the world of Blogitviille. From you writings, I can already smell the sweet fragrance of what lies in store for us. Lately. I've been reading a book, 'Babylonian Talmud', and from it here's something I'd like to share: "Eat a third and drink a third and leave the remining third of your stomach empty. Then, when you get angry, there will be sufficient room for your rage".

I usually read non-fiction but I am rereading an old paperback novel
"Death Is A Lonely Business" by Ray Bradbury. It's about a writer of fantasy and horror stories who finds himself involved in dark and disturbing events. It's scary and atmospheric, and very well written.
