Maggie...It's a very popular herb here in Texas

It's used in salsa and hot sauce alot. I guess it's a geographical thing...we have alot more Mexicans here in Texas. It looks a little like Parsley but smells wonderful.

I put cilantro in just about everything.

what is cilantro, Passion.  I'm not familiar with it, but the whole salad sounds yummy.  I'd probably be the only one to eat it, but that's alright.  lol
