If only we felt that level of confidence every day!
You asked me a question on my Blog concerning vocabulary. Yes... reading is a contributing factor but also if I hear a word I'm not familiar worth (or that is highly under used), I look it up, become comfortable with it's meaning, and drop it into sentences when I'm talking with people. (Yes... sometimes my friends think I'm nuts). Also, a Thesaurus is an invaluable tool - use the one built into Word or just have one on your desk at all times.
