Shelly, I never did anyway. We never got anything from work. Not even
a Christmas party.

Sunny, LOL, that stinks...that means you won't get any other presents
either.    LOL

Shelly, since I haven't been working, I have no one else to pass the
goodies out too around Christmas. Haha

Shelly, I LOVE blondies! Blondies are brownies....only they're not
brown, they're blond. Hahaha
So it's like a brownie, but they are not chocolate, but they have chocolate chips in them, kind of like a chocolate chip cookie bar.

Sunny, Blondies???? ROFL

Shelly, It IS getting close! I will have to start baking soon.

Cookies, blondies, fudge.  Reminds me, I have to find those instructions for freezing cookies.
I'm just not able to do it all at once in a short period of time, like I used too.

It's great how people celebrate this time of the year, even if the celebrations are a little different.

I really love Christmas.  I loved it even more when I was a kid. I remember staying over my Grandmother's house and impatiently waiting to get through the day on Christmas Eve...we had our dinner/party and gift opening Christmas Eve night.

I guess my favorite is Christmas, because one of my Jewish friends always
says this every year: Happy Chritmas and Merry Hanukka. It's adorable when she says it.

ladychardonnay... Oh My God! I've never heard of anyone kissing
relatives at midnight.  I thought that was only supposed to happen with someone you're in love with? I think I would stay home too.

Ya know, I really liked Thanksgiving until you defined it here. Hahaha

Sunny,

My absolute favourites are Christmas and Easter, too.  The story of the Savior's birth and ressurection....

i hate the 4th of july
all people do is blow up stuff - in my neighborhood it looks like a war zone in the morning.  remnants of firecrackers a rockets everywhere.  and i hate new year's eve - i stay home so i don't have to kiss uncle joe or smelly sam at midnight.

posted by ladychardonnay on October 29, 2006 at 11:38 AM | link to this | reply

Not sure but Halloween rates pretty high. If you had asked my least favorite that would be easy. Thanksgiving. A dull bore: turkeys, pilgrims, football, arguing around a dinner table.ê
