I used to live in a little town like that Maggie.
I really miss things like fresh air and the slower life style and wide open spaces. Every inch is developed here.

We have a McDonalds, Pizza Joint, and one restaurant. We leave town when we go out to eat, which is not that often.

Babe....I eat that way too....except for the cans.
Fruit and yogurt are good. At work, I make those little packets of oatmeal when I'm hungry. Eveyrone at work makes and eats those daily.

Troosha - you can go to the extreme both ways.
I get really tired of eating out every day and would love some homemade chili or stew.

You might as well pitch a tent at the office Blackcat.
You spend your whole life there.

when I do cook, I make enough so that I have leftovers in my fridge...
Being a 9-7er... by the time I get home, I'm hungry and it's too late to cook and I don't want to go out.

PF
Although previously a 9-5er, I confess I'm no longer one so almost from the time I get up in he morning the burning question I have is "what should I
cook for dinner". For the most part I enjoy it - I make my little list and head to the local grocery store for anything I might need. I think I have to expand my repertoire though - 10-15 menu items can get a little boring. And.... for someone who used to dine out at least 3 times a week I sometimes feel like I'm getting a little cabin fever.
