I will read this. I have said for a long time all the monies in any State should be put with the Federal monies and dumped together providing like schools in all areas. If a child in one area is below the level then bring it up not down. Until there are top notch schools without Socialists leadership (as our colleges have now) we will not be a sane society. We should require the best school possible for the common good of the children or this country is not going to improve much. School should be the highest priority in any area. I am Republican. I believe in right. I don't believe in Socialism or Communism. They have never worked and will never work.
