Ginnie, I know there are times and medical conditions that require
prescription/over the counter drugs. I'm thankful there are treatments for diabetes, cancer, chronic pain that doesn't respond to natural remedies. My beef is with the ones that are intended to break the grip of other chemicals; such as methadone carelessly dispensed for opiate addictions. (going through this nightmare with my eldest son currently - he overdosed a couple of weeks ago due to his own stupidity and the lax standards in place at the clinic - he's okay now, but it was frightening and a wake up call - for him too I'm praying.) Hope your condition continues to improve.

Would love to go natural katray...
...and try to at all costs but sometimes it fails and drugs are the answer..hate to admit that but I struggled with after surgery pain for a long time after ditching my drugs until the pain started taking over everything. I've now found kind of a happy balance of both sides I think but my goal is to get back to au naturale soon-ish!

Good for you Shelly!
There are liquid forms of most drugs, but stick to what you're doing - much healthier!
Thanks for reading and sharing.

I have a hard time swallowing pills, so I try to avoid them...
I think exercise and a healthy diet is the best way to go!
