...I suspect your comment has snuck into the wrong blog - but I happen to agree with you.

Well, mostly, anyway.

America was never attacked by a 'country'. it was - allegedly - attacked by 17 guys, most of whom came from Saudi Arabia which, as a US ally, was left out of the clusterfuck that is now iraq and Afghanistan.

But yes - let's hope for a ray of sanity next month. Though i don't hold out much hope for your other lot, either. The US is increasingly a one-party state posing as a two-party democracy.

I just hope the people can

emerge with a more sensible decision at the next Presidential elections.  Bush and Dick Cheney ---- A bush with a weiner dog chained to it?  Come ON! 

And next time we get attacked by a country where the women are completely covered and the attire is strictly black and white, I hope our President will have the sense to leave civilians OUT of the fight.
