I think that it only looks like sperm to YOU, which is quite a revealing remark about your psyche and where your priorities lie. Meanwhile, I was completely oblivious to this soap until introduced to it by a MAN who happens to LOVE the stuff. Interesting commentary on him as well. To me, soap is soap is soap...

Sidestep query...
Big difference isn't there, in the design of the dispenser? Lotion / soap dispensers in this backwoods nation look nothing like sperm dispensers. It would probably be illegal to make 'em that way.
