Passion,
When I hear or see the geese moving south, then I know the cold is soon behind. We had our first frost in Middle Tennessee last night. Shadow

Passion, there were snow flurries in the area yesterday - nothing big, just flurries. It's awful early - on Oct 7, 2000 there were flurries this early. I don't like what that implies. So, I guess I'll get my long johns and sweat pants out and my afghans for cuddling.
Sure hope I don't get pregnant - I hate it when that happens!
hahaha

Corazon...Yeah, me too.
I know how devastating they are, but I love those big hurricanes. I've really been depressed that we didn't get any this year.

Thanks for the sweet things you say, Wiley.
If you lived in the south, you'd be pretty used to seeing people wearing them...even in winter and even at the office, people wear flip-flops alot around here.

Passion, that was a beautiful post - the prettiest one you've written in a long time. I felt it. You did a lovely job on it.
As for the weather, I think you hit it right on the head. The temp dropped significantly, but I love it. It's brisk and beautiful. I don't like the wind blowing the leaves off of the trees, but that's part of it, I guess. When all the leaves are on the ground, we need another big wind to blow them all into the neighbor's yard. hahaha Hey, it happens every year. lol
I hope you are well and cheerful. Haven't talked to you in a couple of days. I sure enjoyed this post. You just keep up the good work.

LOL Passion!
We always laugh when we hear the weatherman say "the cold air is coming down from Canada" when there is a good portion of the states that are north from Canada! It's cute really.

I really miss summer when it is gone as well but it is always thrilling to me to watch the birds migrate. Especially when it seems like a thousand birds flying together as one!

AHA!!! So you do get the cold luv. Put away the flip-flops eh? Well you shouldn't be wearing them anyway, you can get hurt in thos things. Anyways, the way you write about the climate change makes even winter a sunny affair luv.
