single space. Double space. no biggie...
as long as we get the sentiment and the verse, it's all good. :) pat

Ariel, I liked this - nicely done. And to add to technical hints, using notepad works for me, else I use word but hit 'cancel' when it asks if you want to 'clean' MS formatting. I find notepad does work better overall.

As you say, very wistful.
To clear the double spacing, you could try Ctrl + N - this brings up a notepad on my PC - then I copy and paste when done. Or write in Word first.

Blogit is supposed to be upgrading their tool bar...
Maybe that will help...we all feel like this from time to time. I'm well known for plunging into fits of depression and throwing pity parties for myself.
God Bless...

Hi El Tel
Thanks for a poem I think we can all relate to. On the technical side, I transfer the material from a Word document. There is no problem then with double-spacing. Have you tried it this way? To be honest, that's the only way I know how to do it! There might be a number of different ways. Cheers, Tony

Ariel, you've made me cry, and it's hard to read when it's blurry.
that is what I hope my love is for M. You and Lady Ariela have the real thing.
btw, do you do the "shift, return" thing to keep from double spacing poetry? It works for me. Hold down the "shift" key, while depressing the return, and see what happens. I think it's called a "hard return".
