Ah Scotland is a fairytale place. Quite romantic and mysterious as well. I have been there a few times and each time I find something new to me...Have a great time and share your pictures (take lots of them)..

Marvelous and gracious works for me.  I'll look forward to reading more of your experiences in Kenya and elsewhere.  You seem like a very kind person, to say the least.

It really is a neat country.  And of course, if you ask an old Scotsman, they don't live in the UK or Britain, dammit, they live in Scotland!

Julia, there are some MARVELOUS castles there!

I toured a few way back when and perhaps will tour again next year!

American Travels

I've enjoyed reading through your travels as well.  And you're right, your hair would definitely stand out.

I'm just hoping to be the "marvelous and gracious" type as opposed to the obnoxious.

JanesOpinion, Scotland is one of the places that I always thought would be a wonderful place to visit, but never have done so.  I hope you take lots of pics to share with us along with a travel journal.  (Next Year)
