An astoundingly lovely poem, in thankfulness for someone, now no more, but is ever alive in memory.

Distal was my Mom's housekeeper. she came to work for us when I was 3 and came regularly until i was 23, when my mom got foreclosed on after my fathers untimely death.
Distal was very special in my young life and I have wanted to write a poem for her for some time...that just seemed to come today. Shes been dead for many yeasrstoo. thanks for reading me

Phewww......
That was gripping story of acceptance, emergence, and dark secrets. Must have been cathartic to write. Very well done!
