Glad you like them.  I've sure enjoyed writing them.  I'm not sure how much longer I'll stay in the fifties.  I'm sorta chompin' at the bit to get into the sixties and all those Beatles-related memories.

Even as late as the early 70s in the UK, I was going to Saturday Morning

Pictures with my mates. It was the Double Deckers and Children's Film Foundation stuff. And then, yes, the late 70s gave rise to Saturday Night Movies - Grease, in particular, I remember with very fond memories as us boys did the Well-a-well-a-well-a bit as we walked back through town.

Happy days. You prompted the memory.
