yes...
...lies will catch up to us and trap us. I'm not just talking about telling lies. What about the lies we tell ourselves? Are those not equally as sinful?

Good post Cindy! The biggest problem with a lie is that it leads
to one more, then one more, then one more and finally one cannot remember the original lie nor even why it told in the first place. Little white lies, fibs, or whatever we call our deceitfulness it is still lying in the eyes of the Lord. Thanks for reminding us, in the story of Joseph and his brothers, the brothers lied, lied and finally their lies led them to tell Joseph the truth, their Father died and the lies had to end or they would starve to death. Whatever it take the Lord eventually gets fed up with our lies and deals with us! Keep writing, God bless
