It's a real feat for me to cook for that family and something I do usually not more than once/month!

TAPS, she is pretty special, although of course I'm biased!
Abbie learns quickly and does well at whatever she sets her mind to do.  It's really great to see her mature and grow.

JanesOpinion, What a remarkable child.   Its a job to cook for that many.   Not many eleven year olds would take it on.

This is great!  It reminds me of a piano student my brother taught.  She was a very young teen who applied for a job cooking in an assisted living home.  The staff said, well, you're awfully young.  But they gave her a chance and she did just fine.  Her family was in the catering business.  Let kids take on some responsibility and they rise to the occasion.
