advances are made, Rarmcwa.  You, sir, will be missed.  (By the way, I lived in Richmond for 18 years and now reside in Hotlanta.  I still own a home there.  Keep an eye on the house for me, won't ya?  ).

K, mushy time is over. I must get Spitfirey-like again....You have tortured me for a long time (um, a few years, now) and you and others around here know how, too.
