Captivation, it's been a long time since I've seen Lady Or The Tramp, but
I do think that you're right, that putting children into a situation where they have no resources or models to make a better life and choices for their lives is a recipe for disaster. It's sad to think about those lives, I wonder what could be done to help break that vicious cycle.
