So sorry, Bhaskar....I'm sure your luck will turn around!
If it's any consolation I can only see my boyfriend on weekends. We're never allowed to spend much time together.

Reverse the word war, it becomes 'Raw'. Mine was raw an' your's was juicy. That's why I'm miserably jealous !

LOL Bhaskar...Who did you make "War" with?
Get in an argument with your wife or what????

posted by Passionflower on September 26, 2006 at 6:48 PM | link to this | reply

Passion
You make me feel so miserable. I thought that I had won because I made war just at the time that you were making love. Now I feel jealous. Wish I were to be your 'soul' boyfriend. Now something is stirring inside me!.....

I was hoping to get some more today....I'm sort of greedy! tee-hee!

I grew up in the south. 107 degrees is too hot! But 90 degrees is perfect.

WOO HA! Passion! So, you got some yesterday!

p.s. isn't 90 degrees too hot? But, anyway, glad you had a wonderful Saturday.

STill am.

Passion, thanks for spelling the "R" word right.  I always mess up on that one and I forgot to use spellcheck.

posted by TAPS. on September 23, 2006 at 9:51 PM | link to this | reply

You can whine if you want to Taps...
But you can also just say, "No thanks! I don't feel like going." Your family should respect your wishes. If they don't, then kick their asses! LOL!

posted by Passionflower on September 23, 2006 at 9:50 PM | link to this | reply

Passion, I'm really considering just that.  I'm even considering whining.  HAHAHA

Taps...Just say NO! to the Renaissance Festival...
They're kind of cool...but if you don't feel like going, don't!

posted by Passionflower on September 23, 2006 at 9:38 PM | link to this | reply

That was supposed to be "menfolk".   Son #3 loves the RF, even dresses up for it in those kind of clothes and Bill's never been, never seen, never done it.   So...............

posted by TAPS. on September 23, 2006 at 9:23 PM | link to this | reply

My Saturday was fine.  Its my tomorrow Sunday that I'm not looking forward to.   I don't want to go to the Rennaisance Festival.  I've been there/done that/seen enough, but you know the menfold...

Passionflower

We've had your kind of weather here.

Rainy, then turned muggy, sun came out and it was around 75f.

Happy you have someone to love, my friend.

Babe, CorbinDallas has printed some of the lyrics below-
It's a Ray Charles tune..."Rainy Night in Georgia"  - a good song to get drunk by!

posted by Passionflower on September 23, 2006 at 7:18 PM | link to this | reply

Those guys in Illinois, Missouri and Kentucky didn't either Maggie.
Nobody asks you - LOL ! The global warming thing has intensified the storms we do have. More wind, more rain, stronger storms.

posted by Passionflower on September 23, 2006 at 7:18 PM | link to this | reply

I remember those lyrics but I can't remember the rest of the song.  Rained all day here.

posted by babe_rocks on September 23, 2006 at 7:14 PM | link to this | reply

I saw that Passion.   I don't want that much rain.

posted by MaggieMae on September 23, 2006 at 6:56 PM | link to this | reply

Hang on for what may be a rainy day Maggie...

Lately around the midwest, it seems that if it rains, it rains around 6 or 8 inches and causes lots of flooding.

Did you see those pics of the flooding in Louisville this morning? They had over 8 inches of rain in 24 hours.

posted by Passionflower on September 23, 2006 at 6:49 PM | link to this | reply

Passion, it was a dreary day here, we'll get the rain tomorrow, the tv says; so much for a sunny Sunday.  Well, I can see you're fighting your own demons and I wish you well.  God bless and take care.

posted by MaggieMae on September 23, 2006 at 6:42 PM | link to this | reply

Sorry Shelly...Maggie said she didn't get any rain but
The weather was looking mean. Hope you guys can avoid all those tornadoes that are going round the midwest. (ps-God made you waterproof)
