Check out the website of the Islamic Networks Group (ING) - they have helped teachers who wanted to do just what you're suggesting, and might have some guidelines for you.

Ramadan
Things seemed to have really changed since I was in college! It is a positive change which has happened because the number of muslim students in colleges in the US is growing. My son's preschool teacher has shown an interest in celebrating eid at preschool so that the other kids can learn about it. Does anybody know of any website with ideas on how to celebrate eid in a school environment?
