I think Ariala wants to sell some pies.
other than that -- you are not simple -- you are quite complicated -- and very sharp-minded -- you canperceive your environment quite clearly, see others for what they really are.
that doesn't happen very much -- just look at the people you know -- they certainly don't see what they're doing or where they're heading.
the most important part of a long journey is taking the first step toward your goal -- that first step sets your direction.

Bhaskar...I'm glad you did. Thank you, and that was a very sweet comment..

Xeno-o...I think some people forget from time to time that the Pope is a
human, a man OF God.  He has apologized and apologized, but he really shouldn't bother anymore.  Those who want to continue to be "offended" are secretly happy.  They are so happy that they have an "excuse" to do exactly what they are doing now.  Slamming him.

Kiddo

I am reminded of an incident in Bernard Shaw's St Joan, ...it was after Saint Joan was burnt at the stake..that ...an English soldier suddenly appeared on his annual day’s holiday from hell, allowed him for his one good deed – he had handed a poor girl a crude cross as she was going to be burnt. That was the only good deed he had done in his entire life, so this redemption...of a day's leave. Enjoyed it!

Kiddo, good post...I have friends on "both sides" of issues and seriously,
it's high time we all act like adults around here and settle things with a pie fight.

you are not ugly
you are a human being
you don't hide your humanness
what happens to you happens to all of us.
many of us don't want to admit that.

puts me in mind of the Pope and all those cardinals and archbishops and bishops and such  and their garb and vestments -- and processing so holily down aisle to the throne.  I wonder what reallygoes on in their personal lives.  I've heard priests cuss, so i know they're not that much different from you and me.  only difference is they hide it and appear holy.

to really be holy, one must expose both their good and bad sides.

too many are afraid to do that.

xeno-o recognizes the gift of giving. It makes him feel good to think he
made a difference in one child's life by simply acknowledging his efforts.  I mean, "Man"....

Stop trying to seduce me.
Xeno obviously recognizes my supreme talents and buff cheeks.  Speaking of which, where's the spanking you promised?  Don't make me stalk you.

Mark...he must be a little off...isn't he also one of your fans?
The word "fan" I use loosely...you know.  As close to being a fan as YOU can get...more of a sweet soul who has pity for the simple sort.  It's hard not to throw a penny or two at the slow minded sometimes, after they splat and scribble a "pretty picture" (in your case, writing?) and wait for the praise they think they deserve.  Sad really...but see - I don't care about your wittle feelings. Your a retard, and your stuff is ugly.

Xeno thinks you're a good person?
Good heavens, the man is worse off than I suspected.
