Hey, blackcat, I loved that one myself, even though I like the Eagles
slightly better than the Giants.  But the Giants have a place in my heart because of that Super Bowl win with Jeff Hostetler (a WVU alumnus).

ladychardonnay, a lot of my friends are Steeler fans. They happen to be my
second least liked team.  It was a good game for me, boring or no.  But you have a point, and that point was made by Aikman and Gold in the Dallas loss to Jax, that if your current quarterback isn't doing so well, then put your backup in.  What the hell are these coaches thinking?  You're paid to win the games, not gamble on whether or not the current QB's feelings will be hurt or that he may actually make a turnaround.

They can be a bit boring, Mademoiselle, but nobody does teal like
Jacksonville.  Del Rio has built a contender down in Jax, proving that a good defense is completely necessary for major contention.  And Leftwich does remind one of Whittaker.

I'm not an Auburn fan (Roll Tide!!), MountainClimber, but I'm happy for you

Surprising that the Steelers couldn't score. I think that Ben really

wasn't feeling up to playing.  He should have taken another week off.

I was stunned by the Giants comeback this week.  Nice surprise for me... and even better that it was against the Eagles.

That game was boring as hell.

They may be "defensive powerhouses", but they're also bland and uninteresting teams (especially Jacksonville).

Myself, I prefer teams that jump out to commanding leads over division rivals, only to blow said leads because of lousy play-calling and untimely mistakes.

P.S. Ooh! The Terrapins. Big deal.

P.P.S. Byron Leftwich looks exactly like Forrest Whitaker, btw.

If you think a weakness can be turned into strength,
I hate to tell you this,
but that's another weakness.

Saul Relative -- The Pitt/Jack. game was great just like
the Auburn/LSU game - which Auburn won, 7-3 -- War Eagle!
