Agenda-driven prosecutions
Dude! I couldn't agree more! As a journalist, I know the only thing worse than agenda-driven reporting is the agenda-driven prosecution. The worst a reporter can do is slander a decent person. A prosecutor can force him/her to hire legal counsel, show up before grand juries and interrupt his/her life for what - too often - turns out to be an agenda-driven mirage.
