I didn't think you were rude at all. If anyone was, it was I. I'm the one who tromped all over one of your favorite sports just because I don't happen to care for it very much. I appreciated your comment and your viewpoint. Thanks for engaging in a dialogue with me.

I love soccer and in Canada the only sport that gets hype is hockey and I hate that, there are a lot of good sports that are great football and baseball are too. But soccer is my fav. because of winning major tittles growing up and losing some. Making friends and enemys. LOL

Perhaps I should have qualified my statement by saying it's boring to me. You have to bear in mind my age and the fact that I grew up playing American tackle football, without the protective gear, in schoolyards and vacant lots. Scoring was frequent and pile-ons were the norm. It doesn't get much rougher than that.
But I do appreciate the fact that the game of soccer may not be as boring to others as it is to my generation. Thanks for setting me straight -- and thanks for the click.

Soccer is not boring
have you played the sport? You have to play to really be interested and yes the sport is not for everyone. It is a team sport and very physical to play for 90 minutes.
