Dear Rumor-
Thanks for leaving a comment. I agree and you speak the truth, HE does hold us in his hands, after all, so lovingly!

Hi Wiley-
Thanks for that comment of fortitude.  My weekend is coming along deliciously.  I finally had my first full body massage by a professional (my s-i-l!)  He has healing in his hands!  My back feels better as does all the rest of me!

Cee, I think the key line in that so well known prayer is "the wisdom to
know the difference"..there's no use in us beating ourselves up over something out of our hands (cuz they're still in His...)

So far, yes, I have that wisdom.  Great post, Cee.  You're a hell of a writer.

sannhet-
Thank you thank you.  I believe that thoughts are tangible items, not just an abstract floating around in la la land.  We can control how we think, even though it my be harder for some than others.   How we thinks controls those outcomes and then our reactions to them.  I don't think you can jump from point A to point C  without visiting what is between.

Cee -
Excellent, excellent post! There are those who believe as well that we cannot control our thoughts or emotions and that it doesn't matter because all we really need to worry about is how we control our reactions to our thoughts and emotions.
