Excellent post !  So many complain of low self-esteem; 'going the extra mile' is sure to make such complainers feel better about themselves.

You see no employer can ride on the back of a worker who employs this principle for too long; aside from the divine compensation the employee could hope for, she could also be noticed by a competitor and move for a better pay. Always make sure your going the extra mile is noticed!

Hey, I'm only worried that an industrial magnate will use this to make his
workers slog and reap profits with the help of which he rides rough-shod on them. What say? just my tuppence.
