Taps-
I think you have taken opportunities to make a difference.  So many times, we do things and go on, not knowing what a huge difference we have made.  I had last track of my best friend and her husband as I raised the two kids I had; ten years passed and then I got a shower invitation. She had her first at age 35, her 4th in July at age 51!! Anyway, she told me years later that I had told her behind my hand to forget what the doctors were telling her about John (Her son) breastfeeding.  I told her I just had Jay get up, change the baby and then bring her or him to bed with us and the child nursed at will all night with very little  disturbance to me or Jay.  We had no decent bed until #2 child came, but that made little difference.  Her child quit losing weight, she quit losing sleep, and she did it for all her boys (she had 4 boys).  I would never know how my little remark would make such a difference.  So you just never know, my dear Taps!

CeeMarie, That is a beautiful story and it makes me wonder what opportunities I might have missed to help someone.
