About Reporters and those rude questions...

One needs only to observe Mike Wallace's interview with the president of Iran a few weeks ago, or his interview with the Chinese premier about six years ago, to see classic examples of asking questions -- not for clarification or increased understanding -- but to attempt to humiliate and to ridicule the "other."

To the embarrassment of our mass media, and the American public that consumes their "services," the ones who are really humiliated are the ones who try to humiliate others -- such "interviews" project our arrogance and ignorance in front of the entire world.

I express myself freely at Blogit--but also the joy I feel because of Jesus and His taking me under His wings of Love. There are not so many occasions fro free expression in free democ5acies these days--I do hope we fight their efforts  to take over the internet, or its control/restrictions. censorship. shalom

Good question friend

Here in the U.K . . .I feel people vote not for the red white and blue of the British flag or standard but more so, for another standard, the standard of living and whom can convince with spin or party propaganda. In a nutshell lies. . . . . This way it would seem of attracting votes, is now deteriorating. Fore every new election that takes place their are less people taking part, the queue for the ballot-box as become more like the queue for the last train. That left the station, the day before. . . . Full of the last of their tolerance.

Speeches full of red white and blue patriotism, may capture the odd patriotic-ape in the net of nationalism but thats all.

Thank you Ypunday, for the chance in expressing my view. Mike

Bush's
Reelection, after blatantly stealing the first, made me aware, just how unaware, uninformed, and naive we are. I feel we stopped thinking awhile ago.
