I think the only way one should stop dancing is when you are planted 6 feet under..
Dance has helped me through every single crisis in my life. I dance in my living room. It is the one thing I do when both happy and sad...what would life be without dance?

Why Do We Dance?
Thank you for sharing. I found this piece to be touching; my sister is Dancing and works with children. Dancing to me is Art at it's most expressive and open state.
