Void, so you think Offbeat should continue to pay ALL
Her own medical bills ? What about 3 years of pain that she's endured? What if she has future medical bills? You don't seem to care about your fellow woman....
Offbeat is not the kind of woman to close her eyes and 'hope' that the man is NOT practising medicine anymore. She's the kind of person who would want to make SURE that no other women were being harmed.

Sorry, I was off-line. About the boob job. I believe she should just leave it alone for now. It's over and done; the doctor if he did that bad of a job is more than likely gone....

I agree Breeze...I think the reason we feel so frustrated is that
There's not much we can do about any of it.

Your welcome Offbeat...You know I would have been there
To hold your hand if possible....instead I'm sending Ernesto to bring you much needed rain...how's that??? LOL!
I bet your kids will tell you the same as everyone at Blogit...sue the bastard for everything he's worth and don't feel guilty at all about it!!!
I hope your law suit will get his license suspended so that he can never do this again to any woman.
Ms. L says to tell you that she would NEVER be caught in the closet making out with one of her students....LOL! She says you won't have to do detention for burning down the school bec she heard about your ORDEAL inside the belly of the whale and feels that was enough punishment.
But she also says to STOP bringing candles to class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Passion
I sure appreciate you taking this poll. Looks like every one feels like you told me they would. I have never filed a law suit before. I was brought up take personal responsibility and it was an elective surgery. I did however pay thousands and several hundred since the lift. You know the impact it has had on my personal life...
I am healing, but tired after today's events in town. Making a hot cup of herbal tea and watch a movie. I will make a decision over the weekend after I have spoken with my children regarding this matter. They are actually more pissed off than I am. I saw my daughter jump out of her chair when he pulled that sucker out..I was glad she was there to hold my hand!
Your a wonderful friend...TTYL...Sally
PS. I will come back to school if I don't have to do detention, you know Timmy always pulls my hair and that's what makes me punch him! Course Ms L never see's that part of the picture cause she's too busy in the closet making out with Strat.....Hummm.....lol

Nice thought Bandana....
I doubt the doctor would even return her phone calls though. He would NOT want to admit guilt or responsibility on any level.

I guess I'd contact him first to see if he would be reponsible and
pay for all the costs that she spent on it (and possibly future costs, too.) If not, sue.

I guess that infection worked its way clear into her back and she has had a lot of problems with it. It looked like a big cyst and it would just keep filling up - there was no healing it up. It was nasty. I'm glad she found a doctor who knew what he was doing and has fixed the problem.
She said he was good looking too.

why does she or he deserve more respect than a kid in my class who is acting up or inattentive? Sue...sue..sue, f not for revenge, then for your pain and suffering OFFBEATS. I'll copy this to her as it's MHO (as opposed to HMO, lol)

Yes, she so needs to sue this MF....
I meant 'master fumbler'...what did you think I was saying? LOL
All joking aside, it has caused her pain, cost her money and could have seriously hurt her in a permanent way, which she seems to have luckily avoided. But if something comes up with her health in the future and she chose not to sue, then she may have no legal recourse. She has to protect herself. If she sues and wins, then any medical problems that arise from it in the future will be covered-specialists and the best medical care available, no matter what. It will be part of her settlement. Continuing care. Yeah, it's a lot of work, but that quack may hurt someone else in a minute. Or may already be hurting others.
If she's in FLA still, I know one hell of an attorney there. She would love to get her hand on a boob bungler. Let me know if she needs her contact information, or any other help. I am always ready to support a fellow blogger in need.
No sign of me for weeks, and then a small blog as a comment. Sorry. LOL

She's had extensive expenses to see doctors and she's taken many various antibiotics because she's been fighting this infection in her body.
