Avant-Garde...it changed everyone who went there.
The lives of millions of people changed forever is kind of hard to fathom, isn't it? It still astounds people who see it even today.

Well, now that damn thing is headed for us.
It's supposed to make landfall, in some way shape or form, between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, last I checked.
Probably will be nothing more than a monumental pain in the butt. But last year, I was out in the conty chasing tornadoes all afternoon when one of those things came through. Even a small one is nothing to sneeze at.

Passion, it looks like Ernesto is fizzling out on you. I guess there's still a chance he'll gain some strength if he's out over the water, but let's hope not, ok? Sorry, I know you want it.

This was a momumental disaster. I cannot even fathom it. Our training instructor spent a week or two in Southern Miss., working at a makeshift hospital. She was forever changed by it.

Blonde...it's making landfall right now as a strong tropical storm...
There probably won't be much wind damage but they're expecting alot of rain and flooding. The costliest tropical storm in history was TS Camille who never did reach hurricane status but still managed to cause a whopping $1 bilion dollars in damage to Texas.

That feeling is just your flight-or-fight response
gearing up to deal with the emergency. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly. Repeat. You can take yourself to a calm, safe center place for a few minutes without putting anyone in danger. Hang in there! :)pat
