Oh my, I didn't know that Maggie - guess I have unparalyzable muscles too..
lol...But seriously, thanks for sharing and caring. I have mentioned my problem to doctors over the years and their solutions involved medications, which
did paralyze me way too much.

I've thought about requesting a sleep clinic. Probably should soon before I attempt to leap-fly out of bed and hit the floor from the ceiling fan or something...:) You take care also!

Katray, I have a similar problem myself. I want to get up and run and, every time, run into a wall and seriously hurt myself. Now, with one leg I've only tried it a couple of time. Believe me, when I hit the floor, I wake up in a hurry. Then, my husband has a time getting me back in bed. lol The doctor calls it Rem Behavior. It seems when I reach the Rem (dream) stage of sleep, my muscles fail to go to a paralized state and when I dream, I get up and act the dream out. It's scarey! Have you ever been checked by a Sleep Doctor. It may be a good idea if you haven't. Well, I hope you don't get hurt. Stay well, dear lady, and sleep soundly.

I'm never quite sure what I'm doing in my sleep
I don't think it's as interesting as
your adventures though. I merely have a stiff jaw in the morning
and teeth that bear evidence of a night of grinding.

Wow! I guess I wouldn't know if I do that kind of thing since Charlie can't talk, but I'm guessing I don't.

Not many of us have this exciting nightlife!
My husband tells me I tend to be quite busy as night.

katray, have you ever flopped out of bed onto the floor. My sister did that once when she was at my place and shook the whole house. Scared me to death in the middle of the night.
