The concern I have is that I tend to operate in fits and start and I'm just hoping that the next 'start' is not too long in coming.

Well, good luck!

Energy is a strange and elusive creature, who seems to come and go as it pleases.

We like to praise birds for flying. But how much of it is actually flying,
and how much of it is just sort of coasting from that last flap?
